 Key Responsibilities:

 Learn and understand the ERP system and its workflows

 Deliver clear and effective training sessions to employees across departments
 </li>

 Prepare user guides, training materials, and documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Support users during and after training to ensure proper system adoption
 </li>

 Requirements:

 Excellent presentation and communication skills

 Strong personality with the ability to engage and influence others
