Techford Ai is a UAE-based software consulting company specializing in ERPNext implementation and custom applications built on the Frappe framework. We work with clients across industries such as fit-out contracting, trading, manufacturing, and professional services — helping them run better with technology-driven business process solutions.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced ERPNext Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERPNext implementation projects. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between clients, functional consultants, and developers — ensuring timely delivery, effective communication, and successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end ERPNext implementations from requirement gathering to go-live and post-support.
• Conduct project planning, define milestones, and ensure deliverables are met within timelines.
• Collaborate with clients to analyze business processes, gather functional requirements, and document BRDs/FSDs.
• Coordinate with technical teams for customization, configuration, and integration tasks.
• Perform UAT coordination, ensure user training, and monitor adoption after go-live.
• Track project progress, risks, and budgets, reporting directly to senior management.
• Maintain high standards of communication, documentation, and quality control throughout the project.
• Ensure best practices and process standardization across ERPNext projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in ERP project management (ERPNext experience preferred) or 3+ years of experience as Functional Consultant .
• Strong understanding of Frappe Framework and ERPNext modules (Accounting, Projects, HR, Stock, etc.).
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile or milestone-based project management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
