ERPNext Trainer & Implementation Support (Remote) – Accounting, Healthcare, CRM & LMS Modules

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced ERPNext Trainer & Functional Support Specialist who can deliver remote training sessions to clients. The ERP system is fully developed; your primary role will be to guide clients in understanding and using modules such as Accounting, Healthcare, CRM, and Learning. You will be responsible for onboarding, training, documentation, and functional support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Training: Conduct clear and structured remote training sessions on ERPNext modules.
• Module Expertise: Explain workflows for Accounting, Healthcare, CRM, and Learning modules in a simple and practical manner.
• Client Onboarding: Assist new clients in setting up their profiles, understanding features, and adopting the system smoothly.
• Documentation: Create training guides, process documents, FAQs, and step-by-step instructions.
• Functional Support: Address user queries, guide clients through issues, and document functional concerns.
• Issue Coordination: Report functional issues to the technical team and follow up on resolutions.
• Feedback Collection: Track client progress and gather feedback to improve the training process.
• Session Management: Plan, schedule, and maintain records of all training sessions and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of ERPNext (mandatory).
• Experience with Accounting, Healthcare, CRM, or Learning modules.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex processes clearly.
• Ability to handle multiple training sessions and manage client expectations.
• Comfortable with remote tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, and CRM/ticketing systems.
• Education in business, IT, accounting, healthcare management, or related fields is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
