Field Service Lightning (FSL): Design, implement, and optimise FSL solutions to improve field service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Configure Work Orders, Service Appointments, Dispatcher Console, Scheduling Policies, Skills, Service Territories. Enable and customise FSL Mobile App features: offline capability, signature capture, parts tracking, and real-time status updates
Salesforce Development & Integration: Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components. Perform REST/SOAP API integrations using JSON/XML, Apex callouts, and Web Services. Create and modify Lightning Components, handle LWC lifecycle hooks, decorators (@Track, @Api, @Wire), and event propagation. Migrate Aura Components to LWC and implement Publish-Subscribe models.
Administration & Configuration: Manage Salesforce security: Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Sharing Rules. Customise Salesforce objects, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, reports, and dashboards. Onboard users and configure communities with secure, role-based data access.
Best Practices & Optimisation: Ensure compliance with Salesforce Governor Limits and optimise existing code. Apply Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) for consistent UI/UX. Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce application issues efficiently.
