Escape Room Bartender/Server/Front Host

This is a unique opportunity to join our team at a one of a kind Escape Room and Lounge. We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 2 years experience in the hospitality and bartending industry, someone who is confident yet willing to learn and grow professionally. This individual needs to have a working knowledge and passion for the bartending and serving role, have a basic understanding of Escape Rooms and be able to create conversation surrounding the industry and our rooms while bartending. This role includes assisting as a front host or server when needed.

*This is seasonal, but may lead to a permanent position.

We're a high-volume Escape Room and Lounge located in the Venetian Hotel. We're a one of a kind Escape Room - with our flagship location that includes a bar and lounge along with our next generation escape rooms. We're looking for someone who is high energy and team oriented, looking to grow their career in the hospitality and service industries while also gaining knowledge of the up and coming escape room industry.

Applicant must possess:

• TAM Card
• Food Handlers Card
• Sheriff's Card

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure Bartender and Bar-back daily task lists are completed and address any non-completed duties
• Welcome guests and provide a high level of service
• Ensure the execution of health code compliance by the SNHD standards
• Learn and make our specialty room themed cocktails and new menu items
• Maintain cocktail speed, presentation and accuracy
• Accurate and efficient cash handling and reporting
• Maintain the cleanliness of the bars including clearing/wiping of tables, chairs and work areas
• Answer basic PanIQ Room and GCS questions and provide recommendations
• Communicate with escape room area employees to ensure guests enjoying cocktails or menu items are running on time for games
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
• Be able to lift 30-40lbs and climb a ladder as needed.
• Pass a background check upon offer of employment
