We're looking for a detail-oriented Escrow Assistant to join one of our offices in Utah County. This role is a great role for someone with 1–3 years of experience in the title or escrow industry who's ready to sharpen their skills alongside experienced escrow officers and grow within a stable, well-established company. You'll be a key contributor to real estate transactions from opening to closing - keeping things accurate, on time, and running smoothly.

Support escrow officers in preparing, managing, and closing real estate transactions from start to finish

Prepare and review closing documents, settlement statements (HUD/ALTA), and related correspondence

Balance transactions with lenders and other title companies to ensure accuracy prior to closing

Clear title by reviewing title commitments and coordinating the resolution of title issues

Disburse and receive funds accurately, verifying all figures and documentation before release

Communicate professionally with buyers, sellers, realtors, lenders, and other transaction parties via phone and email

Maintain organized, up-to-date transaction files in SoftPro throughout the closing process

Assist with post-closing tasks, including document recording and file reconciliation

1–3 years of experience in title, escrow, or a closely related real estate field

Hands-on experience with SoftPro (strongly preferred)

Working knowledge of escrow processes, including settlement statement preparation and funds disbursement

Strong attention to detail with the ability to catch and correct discrepancies before they become problems

Clear, professional communication skills - both written and verbal - for client and partner interactions

Ability to manage multiple open files simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

A team-oriented mindset and willingness to support colleagues across the office

Utah title insurance license or willingness to obtain one (we'll support you through the process)
