Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Escrow Assistant to support our escrow officers in processing real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process escrow orders, including data entry and document preparation
  • Assist with scheduling signings and communicating with clients, lenders, and agents
  • Review and prepare escrow instructions and closing documents
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and files throughout the transaction lifecycle
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all parties involved in the transaction

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in escrow, title, or real estate industry is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and escrow software systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
