Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Escrow Officer to manage real estate transactions from open to close. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused setting and understands the nuances of working within a broker-controlled escrow environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open, manage, and close escrow transactions in accordance with broker-controlled escrow guidelines and applicable California regulations
• Review purchase agreements, instructions, and related documents for accuracy and completeness
• Prepare escrow documents, estimated closing statements, and final settlement statements
• Coordinate closely with real estate agents, buyers, sellers, and lenders throughout the transaction
• Monitor timelines and ensure all conditions of escrow are satisfied prior to closing
• Handle escrow funds and disbursements in compliance with established procedures
• Provide consistent communication and updates to all parties
• Maintain complete and organized escrow files

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of escrow experience (Escrow Officer or strong Escrow Assistant)
• Working knowledge of California real estate transactions and broker-owned escrow operations
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
• Proficiency in escrow software and Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $71,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
