Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the title and escrow operation in the local market
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for realtors, lenders, and clients
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from open to close
• Ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient closings
• Build business through reputation, service, and community presence
• Represent our title company with integrity and professionalism

Qualifications

• Experience in title, escrow, or real estate transactions preferred
• Strong candidates may include:
• Escrow Officers
• Title Officers / Title Examiners
• Title Sales Representatives
• Proven ability to build relationships and earn trust
• Strong customer service mindset
• Self-starter with leadership ability and accountability
• Willingness to relocate and become part of the community
