ESE Paraprofessional

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated ESE Paraprofessionals to join our team. As a Paraprofessional, you will work closely with educators to support student learning and development. This role requires a passion for education and the ability to assist in various educational activities.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in educating and supporting students in various subjects such as math, literacy, and childhood development.
- Collaborate with teachers to create and implement educational plans.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
- Assist in the implementation of special education programs.
- Support early childhood education initiatives.
- Help with toddler care and childcare activities.

Requirements:
- Experience working with students in an educational setting.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
- Knowledge of special education practices and principles.
- Understanding of childhood development stages.
- Proficiency in math, literacy education, and early childhood education.

Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in literacy education or math tutoring.
- Certification in early childhood education or related field.
