ESG Associate

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented recent graduate to join our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) team. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in sustainability reporting, ESG data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will support the organization’s efforts to integrate ESG principles into business practices and communicate our sustainability performance transparently to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing ESG data across various business units.
• Support the preparation of ESG reports and disclosures in compliance with global standards such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD.
• Conduct research on industry best practices, ESG regulations, and emerging trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely ESG data collection.
• Support the organization’s sustainability initiatives and projects, including community engagement and environmental programs.
• Help monitor and track ESG performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in stakeholder engagement activities, including meetings and surveys.
• Contribute to internal and external communication efforts related to ESG and sustainability.

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate with a degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, MIS.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic understanding of ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with data management tools is a plus.
• Passion for sustainability and responsible business practices.
