Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for an ESG Sales Consultant. The role involves identifying and engaging with clients to understand their ESG and sustainability needs, providing tailored sales solutions, and supporting them in achieving their ESG goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing client relationships, delivering customized presentations, preparing proposals, and working cross-functionally to address customer needs. The role also entails consistently ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and demonstrating expertise in ESG compliance and reporting technology.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales Consulting and ability to identify and convert opportunities
  • Must have deep knowledge of ESG Report Generation using various Disclosure Frameworks
  • Experience in Customer Service and achieving Customer Satisfaction
  • Outstanding Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and clients
  • Consulting expertise to deliver tailored ESG solutions based on client needs
  • Knowledge of ESG, EHS, and Sustainability software tools and solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Management, or a related field
  • Prior experience in ESG or sustainability consulting or software sales is an advantage
