We are seeking a dedicated and energetic individual to join our team as an Independent Contractor for Lashes or Esthetics (no waxing or tanning). This role offers a fantastic opportunity for licensed professionals in the beauty industry or related fields to operate independently within a well-maintained space. You will have the flexibility to grow your client base while providing top-tier services in a welcoming setting. This is NOT A PAID POSITION. This a ROOM FOR RENT, and it's ideal for licensed cosmetologists, estheticians, or beauty specialists looking to elevate their career and expand their business.

• Manage your own schedule by renting the space on flexible terms that suit your business needs
• Provide professional lash extension, facial, or other esthetic services to clients, with the exception of waxing & Spray Tans (as this competes with our services)
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in your designated area following industry regulations
• Promote your services through social media management and marketing efforts to attract new clients
• Pay monthly Rent
• CA Cosmetology or Esthetics license, or BSN for fillers, Botox & treatments
