We are an online tutoring company in Korea providing 1:1 English classes for adult learners. We are looking for a dedicated Native English Speaker/ESL Teachers (US or Canada or Australia) to join our team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Contract
• Class Type: 1:1 online classes with adult learners
• Schedule: Fixed weekly schedule (freelance basis)
• Work location: remote

Payment

• Hourly Rate: USD11–17/hr (depending on monthly performance incentives)
• Monthly incentives are based on punctuality and completing a short class report after each lesson.

Details of our incentive system will be explained during the interview.

Requirements

• *(IMPORTANT)Native English Speaker (US or Canada or Australia)*
• *(IMPORTANT)TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA certificate required*
• *(IMPORTANT)Must be punctual and responisve in communication*
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet teaching environment
• Prior teaching/tutoring experience with adult learners preferred

Hiring Process

1. Interview (up to 30 minutes)

2. two 20-minute *unpaid*demo lessons

3. one 20-minute *paid* demo lesson

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to 739.38TRY per hour

Expected hours: No less than 4 per week
