Good Karma Brands and ESPN Los Angeles seek a self-motivated and creative Part-Time Digital Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate would play an important role in producing social and sales content for ESPN Los Angeles and will also help develop new ideas to market our brand to our partners.

Regular Tasks of a Part-Time Digital Content Creator

• Develop recaps and sizzle reels for social and sales purposes
• Produce sales mocks and video projects to market to partners
• Create marketing materials for our content and products for partners
• Capture video content at ESPN Los Angeles and other sports events
• When applicable, assist with setup, teardown and other marketing responsibilities at our events and live remotes
• Available to work/assist with ESPN Los Angeles Signature Events
• Other assigned tasks
• Be a Good Karma Brands ambassador by adhering to the GKB core values: Listen, Be Honest, Follow Through, Work Hard, Teamwork and Over Deliver

Mandatory Knowledge, skills, and qualifications

• Experience in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop
• Ability to set up camera, lights, and audio equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines
• Ability to work with PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in Illustrator, Adobe Animate, vMix, CapCut, and Sway is a plus
• Knowledge of Switcher Studio, OBS, Streamyard or livestreaming platforms
• Ability to lead brainstorm sessions and ideate marketing solutions

Hours/Salary/Benefits

Pay Transparency: The anticipated hourly rate for Los Angeles-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $20/hr. The hourly rate is to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.

Good Karma Brands part-time teammates are paid hourly with opportunity for increased pay with increased skills and responsibilities. This role will require teammates to work some evenings & weekends. This position requires a commitment of approximately 20–30 hours per week, based on business needs and workload demands
