eSports Curriculum Developer (K–12) – Remote / Project-Based

As we expand into eSports and gaming education, we are seeking a skilled eSports Curriculum Developer to design engaging, standards-aligned programs that inspire the next generation of gamers, strategists, and technology leaders.
This is a fully remote, project-based role with the potential to transition into a long-term or full-time opportunity.
Role Overview
The eSports Curriculum Developer will lead the design, enhancement, and continuous improvement of Whizara’s K–12 eSports programs. You will collaborate with instructors, administrators, and industry partners to create innovative curricula that blend gaming, teamwork, strategy, digital citizenship, and STEM skills into meaningful learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop K–12 eSports curricula, including lesson plans, projects, activities, and assessments
- Integrate gaming strategy, teamwork, communication, leadership, and digital literacy into instruction
- Ensure curricula align with educational standards, learning objectives, and assessment criteria
- Support instructors through implementation guides, resources, and professional development
- Evaluate program effectiveness, analyze feedback, and refine content to improve student outcomes
- Develop and manage instructional materials, rubrics, and technology-based learning tools
- Collaborate with external partners (industry professionals, community organizations, and academic institutions) to create experiential learning opportunities such as competitions, mentorships, and workshops
- Create assessment strategies to track student progress and measure program success
- Stay current with trends in eSports, gaming, STEM education, and instructional technology
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Design, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational leadership
- Strong understanding of K–12 education, pedagogy, and assessment practices
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting teachers through training, professional development, or workshops
- Familiarity with educational technology tools used in gaming, STEM, or digital learning
- Passion for eSports, gaming culture, and student engagement through innovative education

Pay: ₹17,848.56 - ₹67,658.32 per month
