The ideal candidate should be mechanicaly inclined, have an understanding of electric and plumbing and enjoy driving to unique locations and apprceciate the satisfaction of a job well done . Candidates must possess a clean license, be reliable, responsible and enjoy fixing things. (We invest between $8-10,000 in training our techs). Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on espresso machines and beverage equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues with equipment.
- Utilize appliance repair knowledge to fix any malfunctions.
- Follow schematics to ensure proper assembly and repair of equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service during service calls.
- Drive to various locations for field service calls and installs.
- Utilize electrical experience for equipment repairs.

From our beginning our main goal is to offer the best service on our client’s beverage equipment. Because we were once Coffee House owners, we understand the need to have reliable service and a source for the best new and rebuilt equipment available.

Our company name, Espresso Medic, came from our owner’s military roots. As a Desert Storm veteran and proud member of our Armed Forces (Army- 101st Airborne- Air Assault), he saw a need that reminded him of his military past. Just like a medic is sought on the battlefield to help take care of injured and fallen comrades, we think of ourselves as ‘medics’, always on call to help take care of down equipment and helping our clients get back up and running. ‘Espresso’ because of his Coffee House beginnings and his love for all things espresso and beverage oriented.

We love helping others. Be it a new machine, service on a tried-and-true machine that needs some TLC, or some insights on how to design and operate a successful operation, we are here to serve.
