Espresso Machine & Restaurant Equipment Technician

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Espresso Machine & Restaurant Equipment Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting espresso machines and a wide range of restaurant and café equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial espresso machines (traditional and automatic).
• Service and repair electrical and mechanical restaurant and café equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Identify faults and replace defective components efficiently.
• Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards.
• Provide technical support and clear explanations to clients when needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in repairing espresso machines and café/restaurant equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues effectively.
• Experience working with commercial coffee equipment is essential.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage repair tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with La Marzocco espresso machines is highly preferred.
• A strong passion for specialty coffee and café culture is a plus.
• Technical certification in electrical or mechanical engineering is an advantage.
