Established Interior Designer

<Job Summary>
Interiors by Design is the largest Interior Design franchise in Southern UT. We are taking our process, principles, and reputation NATIONWIDE! As we expand, we are looking for previously established Interior Designers throughout the USA that are looking for the following:

- Product ordering

<Responsibilities>

• Develop and present compelling interior design concepts that align with client goals and brand identity.
• Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using software such as SketchUp, and HouzzPro.
• Formulate, develop, and uphold relationships with Residential and Commercial builders.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of design plans during renovation and remodeling projects.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and contracts to ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address challenges promptly, and ensure adherence to design intent.
• Firmly lead clients to offload client and builder stressors.
• Acquire your own projects.

<Requirements>

• Proven experience as an established interior designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects including residential, commercial, or hospitality environments.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, and HouzzPro (although HouzzPro can be taught later as it is a much simpler software.)
• Solid understanding of interior design principles such as color theory, space planning, materials selection, and lighting design.
• Experience managing projects from initial concept through construction completion with excellent project management skills.
• Knowledge of Construction industry workflows.
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, contractors, and team members.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
• Current strong relationships with one or more builders.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
