About the Opportunity
GeniusLaw is an established legal technology and managed marketing platform supporting law firms nationwide in foreclosure defense, loss mitigation, bankruptcy-adjacent matters, and related consumer protection work.
We are seeking experienced, licensed attorneys with their own law practices to participate in our Managed Marketing Program. GeniusLaw manages the full front-end of the engagement—including marketing, intake, client vetting, retainer execution, and payment processing—allowing participating attorneys to focus on legal review, execution, and compliance.
This is not employment and not a referral list. Participating attorneys remain fully independent and retain discretion over case acceptance while benefiting from a professionally managed, consistent client pipeline.
This opportunity is well-suited for attorneys who want to expand capacity and revenue without adding staff, overhead, or marketing spend.

Responsibilities
- Review and handle accepted legal matters within your licensed jurisdiction
- Provide legal oversight and execution consistent with applicable law and bar requirements
- Coordinate with GeniusLaw’s operations team as needed for case progression
- Communicate with clients only when required by the nature of the matter or applicable rules
Requirements
- Active law license in good standing (any U.S. state; multi-state licensure is a plus)
- Must operate your own law practice or firm
- Minimum 2 years of relevant practice experience
- Experience in real estate law, foreclosure defense, loss mitigation, bankruptcy, or consumer protection
- Active malpractice insurance
- Ethical billing practices and professional standing
- No unresolved disciplinary actions or recent malpractice judgments
Compensation & Structure
- Revenue-based participation aligned with case volume and scope

- GeniusLaw only succeeds when cases are accepted and completed, ensuring incentives remain aligned with attorney performance and client outcomes

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $150.00 - $350.00 per hour
