Established Multi-State Law Firm Seeking Real Estate Attorney

The Law Offices of Adela Alexander is a multi-state law firm dedicated to foreclosure defense, including comprehensive loss-mitigation services.

Our fully staffed and insured practice is looking for an attorney to join as an associate on a contractor basis, focusing primarily on loss mitigation, foreclosure defense litigation, or consumer protection matters.

Attorneys with civil litigation experience, especially with foreclosure defense experience or separately with Chapter 13 bankruptcy filings, are strongly preferred. Attorneys with consumer protection experience are also invited to apply.

Multi-state licensure is a significant plus. Attorneys with litigation capability will also find additional revenue opportunities. Having your own firm is greatly preferred and will provide greater revenue potential.

This is not a full-time position, but rather a side opportunity.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and provide legal review of loss mitigation, foreclosure prevention, or consumer protection files

2. Ensure accuracy and compliance from document preparation to lender submission or regulatory filing

3. Provide high-level legal oversight while our office handles execution

4. Collaborate with our team to guide case strategy and legal compliance

Requirements:

- Active law license (note the state for which you are licensed ~ multi-state licensure is a plus)

- Experience in real estate law, foreclosure defense, loss mitigation, or consumer protection

- Good standing with your state bar

- No malpractice lawsuits in the past five years

- Litigation experience is a plus (with additional revenue potential)
