Established Multi-State Law Firm Seeking Real Estate Attorney

Our fully staffed and insured practice is looking for an attorney to join as an associate on a contractor basis, focusing primarily on Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) claims and appeals. Attorneys with administrative hearing experience, especially in representing clients before the SSA, are strongly preferred; however, attorneys with civil litigation or related experience are also encouraged to apply. Multi-state licensure is a significant plus. Attorneys with litigation capability will also find additional revenue opportunities. Having your own firm is greatly preferred and will provide for greater revenue opportunity.

This is not a full-time position but rather a side opportunity. MUST be in good standing with your state bar; no malpractice lawsuits in the past five years.

Qualifications

Active law license(s). Multi-state licensure is a plus.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 per week
