Established Shower Installation Crew (2-Person Team)

Fig & Fern LKLD is hiring an established two-person crew for shower system installations. Applicants must have worked together previously and be comfortable continuing as a team. We are not looking to assemble a crew from individual strangers.

Requirements

• Established two-person crew with proven experience working together, preferably installing stone cladding or similar wall systems
• Remodel and shower installation experience
• Reliable transportation
• Must own a trailer and be able to haul away demolition debris
• Professionalism in occupied homes
• Ability to demo, haul away debris, prep, waterproof, install XL stone slab walls (up to 96" x 60"), trim out, and complete the work cleanly within five-day project timelines

Pay
Pay is per project and typically works out to approximately $40–$80 per hour, depending on experience and efficiency.

Classification
Crew will function as a subcontractor team and will be paid as independent contractors.

Pay: $40.00 - $80.00 per hour
