1. Job Title: Estate Manager

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing all maintenance operations, ensuring that all buildings and facilities are in good condition and functioning efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan for all buildings and facilities owned by the company
  • Conduct regular inspections of buildings and facilities to identify any maintenance needs
  • Coordinate and manage all maintenance work, including repairs, renovations, and upgrades
  • Ensure that all maintenance work is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Manage maintenance staff and contractors, assigning tasks and ensuring that work is completed to a high standard
  • Oversee the procurement of maintenance equipment and supplies
  • Monitor the performance of all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security, and take action to address any issues
  • Ensure that all maintenance work complies with relevant health and safety regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work and related expenses
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of maintenance operations and any issues or challenges that arise

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience working as a Maintenance Officer or similar role in a real estate construction company
  • Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
