Job Description:

MaxZain Trading Qatar is seeking an experienced Estate Manager / Property Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our property portfolio, ensuring optimal operations and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in property management, real estate, or facilities management.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of property laws, regulations, and management best practices.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management and maintenance of properties to ensure they are well-maintained and meet tenant expectations.
• Develop and implement property management policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with maintenance and service teams to address property issues promptly.
• Manage lease agreements, tenant relations, and occupancy levels.
• Prepare financial reports and budgets related to property management.
