Responsibilities:

As a Family Law and Estate Planning Paralegal with us, you will play a vital role in assisting our attorneys with a wide range of tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to estate planning, wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
  • Assisting with client intake and maintaining accurate case files.
  • Communicating with clients, providing updates on case progress, and answering inquiries.
  • Overseeing client signings.
  • Managing a caseload of family law matters under the supervision of attorneys.
  • Drafting and preparing legal documents, including petitions, notices, pleadings, and correspondence.
  • Conduct legal research on court procedures.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, beneficiaries, and other involved parties to provide updates and gather necessary information.
  • Coordinating with courts, opposing counsel, and other professionals involved in family law proceedings.
  • Maintaining accurate and organized case files and records.
Requirements:

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Estate Planning or Family Law Paralegal.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
