CANDIDATE

- We seek an associate with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate to join our firm. We are looking for someone who is/has:

→ A self-starter.

→ An acute attention to detail.

→ Comfortable developing and maintaining client relationships.

→ Comfortable working independently and in a collaborative environment.

→ Strong oral and written communication skills.

POSITION AND COMPENSATION

- Part-time or full-time.

- In-office with the option to work from home on occasion.

- Annual full-time compensation of $100,000 to $110,000, depending on experience.

- Exceptional work-life balance with an annual minimum billable requirement of only 1,200 for full-time associates, with a bonus structure for hours billed above the minimum.

BENEFITS (FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT)

- 15 days paid vacation.

- Up to 11 paid holidays per year

- 401(k) plan after 1 year, with employer matching.

- Bar dues, CLE, etc. covered by employer.

QUALIFICATIONS

- ABA accredited law school graduate.

- Licensed to practice law in California.

- Competent in Word, Outlook, and Excel.

- Experience with WealthCounsel drafting software is desired but not required.
