We’re looking for a driven Associate Attorney with at least two years of hands-on experience in estate planning and probate to join our close-knit, client-focused team. If you thrive in a supportive, professional environment where your work truly impacts people’s lives, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Advise clients on wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and other estate planning tools.
• Manage probate and estate administration from start to finish — from petitions to final distributions — under South Carolina law.
• Represent clients in contested probate matters, will contests, and trust disputes.
• Provide steady guidance to executors, trustees, beneficiaries, and heirs.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients through exceptional communication.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed South Carolina Attorney in good standing.
• 2+ years of experience in estate planning, probate, or trust litigation.
• In-depth knowledge of South Carolina probate law and court procedures.
• Strong legal writing, research, and case management skills.
• Compassion, patience, and professionalism in client interactions.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Elder law or guardianship experience.
• Familiarity with tax considerations in estate planning.
• Mediation or dispute resolution training.
