Estate Planning Attorney

5+ years of legal experience, with at least 2 years in estate planning

Must be self-motivated, hard-working and outgoing

Mid-sized Sacramento area (Gold River) law firm is looking for an attorney to head its estate planning practice. Existing practice has been growing steadily and needs an attorney to handle the workload and manage intake and marketing. Attorney would be working with an existing paralegal and be supported by a partner that started the practice area in the firm. Existing practice consists of comprehensive estate planning, along with a growing number of trust administration matters and a handful of probates.

Salary and benefits are competitive and subject to negotiation, including bonus structure based on the practice area’s profitability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
