Location: Fully Remote (must be available during Colorado working hours)
Compensation: $75,000–$90,000, based on experience
About the Role
Law Mother is looking for an Estate Planning Attorney who takes initiative, moves fast, and communicates with confidence. You’ll lead client consultations, explain estate planning options in a simple and clear way, and help families understand their best path forward.
This role is very communication-heavy, client-facing, and requires someone who can build trust quickly. You’ll be the steady advisor families rely on as they make important decisions.

Compensation:

Responsibilities:
Client Advisory – 65%

Lead estate planning consultations via Zoom

Ask clear, helpful questions about family goals

Explain legal concepts in simple terms

Give confident, direct recommendations

Help clients move forward with completing their plan

Client Onboarding – 10%

Set expectations and guide new clients through the next steps

Coordinate smooth handoffs to drafting and paralegal teams

Support webinars, workshops, and community events

Qualifications:
Requirements

JD from an ABA-accredited law school
-
Active license to practice law in the U.S.

Minimum 5 years of active legal practice

Eligible and willing to obtain a Colorado law license

Willing to travel to Colorado annually for training

Strong comfort speaking with clients
