Our firm delivers high-touch, education-driven estate planning through personalized client meetings, community workshops, and webinars. We focus on thoughtful planning, long-term relationships, and creating plans that truly work when families need them most.

We value professionalism, empathy, excellence, and integrity, and we are building a team of attorneys who take pride in both legal mastery and human connection.

We are seeking a client-focused Estate Planning Attorney with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing firm in North Dallas. This is an in-person position for an attorney who enjoys meeting with families, educating the community, and delivering a concierge-level estate planning experience.

This role is ideal for an attorney who is comfortable both one-on-one with clients and presenting to groups, including hosting webinars and in-person workshops.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead plan signing meetings, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and client confidence
  • Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, revocable living trusts, powers of attorney, advance directives, and ancillary estate planning documents
  • Host and present estate planning webinars to educate prospective and existing clients

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with Texas law
  • Build long-term client relationships through professionalism, empathy, and trust
  • Contribute to firm growth through strong client outcomes, community presence, and efficient execution

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary of $110,000
  • Performance-based bonus structure, with total annual compensation potential of up to $150,000
  • Healthcare support, including firm-sponsored insurance (if available) or partial reimbursement/stipend toward Health Insurance Marketplace premiums
  • Paid time off and firm-recognized holidays
  • CLE support and professional development opportunities

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing
  • 3–5 years of estate planning experience (trust-based planning strongly preferred)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable hosting webinars and speaking at live events or willing to learn
  • Client-centered, professional, and empathetic demeanor
  • Highly organized with excellent drafting and attention to detail

Work Environment

  • In-person role based in North Dallas
  • Collaborative, supportive team culture
  • Growing estate planning practice with streamlined systems and support staff
