Join Our Client’s Dynamic Team! Are you an experienced attorney passionate about helping families plan for the future and navigate complex legal issues in elder law and guardianship? Our client’s small but established firm is expanding, and they are looking for a talented Estate Planning & Elder Law Attorney to join their team in either Queens or Brooklyn, NY.

Full-time (8 hour days, Monday-Friday)

Base $150,000 + yearly bonus +business development bonus

About the Role: As a key member of our team, you will handle a diverse caseload focused mostly on Elder Law and Article 81 Guardianship proceedings. Your responsibilities will include managing cases from start to finish, interacting directly with clients, and providing expert legal counsel in matters such as Medicaid applications, estate planning, and probate.

Qualifications: Have 2-6 years of experience in Elder Law, Guardianship, Medicaid applications, estate planning, and probate. Be comfortable working independently with clients and managing your own case load, while receiving support and supervision from our experienced team. Be committed to providing personalized, responsive legal services to clients, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. Strong client communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
