The Role: Estate Planning Legal Assistant

BRMM Law is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented professional to join our renowned estate planning team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the cornerstone of our operations, providing unparalleled support to our estate planning department. You will collaborate directly with clients to implement, create, draft, and finalize comprehensive estate plans.

Key Responsibilities:

· Client-Centered Support: Serve as a trusted point of contact, offering clear guidance and support throughout the creation of a client’s estate plan.

· Document Precision: Draft, review, and finalize legal documents with accuracy, ensuring every detail is in place.

· Organized File Management: Maintain an organized filing system, tracking many clients plans simultaneously.

· Document Finalization: Leading and directing document execution meetings, ensuring the collection of all required signatures, digitizing completed documentation, and filing completed plans appropriately.

· Notary Services: Serve as notary in document execution meetings, ensuring all important documents are executed correctly.

What You Bring:

· Preferred 2+ years of experience as a legal assistant, ideally with a focus in probate and trust administration.

· Exceptional communication skills and a deep passion for providing excellent client service.

· Proficiency with a computer.

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently and simultaneously.

· Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

· A genuine passion for making a positive impact on clients’ lives.

What We Offer:

· Competitive Salary: $45,000 - $75,000, based on experience.
