Estate Planning Paralegal

Estate Planning Paralegal (Experienced) – Downtown St. Joseph, MO
Schedule: Monday–Thursday (4-day workweek)
Position Type: Primarily In-Office (Remote work available when necessary)

We are a growing law firm expanding our services into estate planning and seeking an experienced Estate Planning Paralegal to help build and support this practice area. If you are detail-oriented, professional, and enjoy helping clients navigate important life decisions, we’d love to speak with you.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related materials
• Draft correspondence, manage client files, and maintain organized case workflows
• Assist attorneys with client meetings, document signings, and follow-up
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, financial advisors, and other professionals
• Support the overall efficiency and professionalism of the practice

Qualifications

• Prior estate planning paralegal experience required
• Strong drafting and proofreading skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• WealthCounsel experience is a strong plus

This is a primarily in-office position in downtown St. Joseph, MO, with remote work available when necessary.
