Estate Planning Paralegal (3 Yr Experience)

```Job Overview```

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for law and a desire to contribute to the success of a dynamic legal practice.

```Duties```

• Drafting various types of trusts with attorney supervision
• Drafting powers of attorney, medical directives, and all other ancillary documents related to the client’s estate plan
• Draft entity formation documents (LLC, Corporations, LP, etc.)
• Filing various entity documents with the Nevada Secretary of State
• Maintaining organized files for active clients
• Corresponding with clients
• Proofreading legal documents for accuracy and completeness
• Scheduling appointments and meetings and maintaining the attorney’s calendar
• Keeping track of files and their locations so they are ready on the day of signing
• Provide general administrative support as needed

```Qualifications```

• High School or equivalent (required)
• Experience as an estate planning paralegal (preferred 5 years minimum)
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe
