Responsibilities:-
Provide guidance and assistance to clients throughout the entire process, from the initial handover by the sales team to successfully closing the case file.

Serve as the primary attorney specializing in estate planning and probate matters, directly engaging with clients to achieve their objectives.
Qualifications:-
The candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning, with strong references to support their expertise.

A background of at least 3 years in estate and trust administration and probate is essential for this role.

It is required that applicants are graduates of an accredited law school and hold a valid license to practice law in Florida.

Residency in Florida is a mandatory prerequisite for this position.
