Estate Planning & Probate Attorney

Buckley Law is expanding our team and looking for an Associate to work with probates, guardian / conservatorship matters. This person will work with estate planning teams.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years of experience as an attorney practicing in a firm, ideally in probate, estate planning and guard/con
• Willingness and desire to do court appearances
• Desire to increase “ownership” of cases, eventually managing cases from start to finish
• Will have opportunities to delegate work, working closely with legal staff
• An ability to prioritize multiple, concurrent matters and activities
• An ability to work well with different management styles
• Desire to learn and continuously improve skills and abilities
• Willingness to take on tough assignments and be resourceful
• Attentiveness to detail, be thorough in work activities, yet process information quickly
• Licensed in Oregon, Washington a definite plus
