Estate Planning & Probate Attorney

At Estate Planning & Elder Law Center of Brevard, we specialize in estate planning, elder law, probate and trust administration. The perfect fit is an experienced attorney who is ready to transition from handling cases to focusing on business development. This role is designed for someone who wants to focus on client acquisition and sales while still engaging in meaningful casework. Initially, you will handle a caseload to learn our processes and support our team, but your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth . Competitive compensation structure offering a percentage of the employee’s book of business. We are looking for a dynamic, client-facing professional capable of developing and delivering presentations to support client recruitment.

The ideal candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Applicant must be self-motivated and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The Attorney maintains an entrepreneurial demeanor, is results oriented, innovative, detail oriented, flexible and adaptable to change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and generate business.
• Learn our case management processes to effectively support the team.
• Handle a manageable caseload while simultaneously focusing on business development.
• Collaborate with the managing attorney on case strategies and client relations.
• Lead the litigation department as you bring in new business.

Qualifications:

• Fl Bar License.
• 3-7 years of experience in estate planning/trusts preferred.
• Proven track record in business development or sales in a legal context.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to balance casework with business development efforts.
