Estate Planning & Probate Attorney

Our growing firm is seeking a dedicated and client-focused Estate Planning & Probate Attorney to join our team. We are committed to helping individuals and families plan for the future and navigate complex legal processes with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have experience in estate planning and probate administration, strong communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional client service. This role involves direct client interaction, community engagement, and managing matters from consultation through resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Estate Planning

• Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives
• Develop customized estate plans tailored to clients’ financial and family needs
• Conduct estate planning presentations and educational workshops for clients and community groups

Probate Administration

• Guide executors and families through the probate process
• Prepare and file court documents
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and deadlines
• Manage estate administration from start to finish

Client Consultations

• Conduct initial and follow-up consultations
• Provide clear legal guidance and strategic recommendations
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license and good standing with the state bar
• Experience in estate planning and probate preferred
• Strong drafting, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
• Client-centered mindset with attention to detail

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
