Responsibilities

- Provide guidance on wills, trusts, and estate law to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Utilize financial software to create detailed reports and presentations for client meetings.
- Manage client portfolios by monitoring investments and making recommendations based on market trends.
- Maintain strong customer relationship management practices to foster long-term client relationships.
- Stay updated on securities law and tax regulations to provide informed advice.
- Conduct research on financial products and services to enhance client offerings.
- Support the sales process by presenting financial solutions that meet client needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in estate planning, financial sales, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of securities law, tax regulations, and wills, trusts & estate law.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, cash management, and portfolio management.
- Excellent mathematical skills with a solid understanding of financial concepts.
- Familiarity with asset management principles and corporate accounting practices.
- Experience in public accounting or technical accounting is a plus.
- Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
- Proficient in using financial software for reporting and analysis.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service and relationship building.
