About The Role

We are seeking a hardworking and organized Estate Sale Logistics Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is the "engine" of our operation, focusing on the physical transformation of a client’s home into a retail-ready environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, project-based tasks, and seeing a space transformed from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Site Preparation & Staging: Execute the physical setup of sale sites, including moving furniture, retrieving items from storage (attics, garages, basements), and setting up display tables and clothing racks.
• Signage & Logistics: Ensure the strategic placement of clear and effective directional signage throughout the local area.
• Safety & Flow: Identify hazards and arrange items to create a logical, professional flow for shoppers.
• Post-Sale Breakdown: Lead the efficient breakdown of sale setups and coordinate the removal of remaining debris or unsold items.
• Photography for Marketing: Capture high-quality, clear photos of staged rooms and key items to be used in online advertisements and social media.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Environmental Adaptability: Comfort working in various residential environments, including dusty or unconditioned spaces.
• Tech-Enabled Scheduling: Must have a smartphone and the ability to use company-designated apps to receive shift information, schedules, and site locations.
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to sales across the Reno area (within a 60-mile radius).
• Availability: Primarily weekday availability (Monday–Thursday) for setups and post-sale days.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
