Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute estate sale events with precision and enthusiasm
• Lead and supervise a team of sales associates, providing training and development to ensure top performance
• Manage inventory control, pricing strategies, and merchandising to maximize sales potential
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, and bookkeeping to maintain accurate financial records
• Coordinate purchasing of sale items and manage vendor relationships when necessary
• Implement effective marketing strategies to promote upcoming estate sales and attract diverse clientele

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in retail sales, estate sales, or similar environments with supervising responsibilities
• Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, and employee orientation
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Knowledge of inventory management systems, POS technology, and retail math principles
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging with diverse customers
• Experience in recruiting, training, and developing team members is highly desirable
