We are looking for an organized, energetic, and people-focused Estate Sale Team Lead who enjoys leading teams, creating order from chaos, and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

What You'll Do
As an Estate Sale Team Lead, you will oversee the planning, setup, merchandising, pricing, and execution of estate sales from start to finish.
Responsibilities Include:Estate Sale Planning
- Conduct property walkthroughs
- Create setup plans and team assignments
- Identify valuable items and specialty inventory
- Develop merchandising and sales strategies
Sale Setup Leadership
- Lead setup crews in organizing homes for sale
- Direct staging and merchandising efforts
- Ensure items are properly priced and displayed
- Maintain company standards throughout the property
Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate team members
- Train new associates on Family Nest procedures
- Assign daily responsibilities and priorities
- Foster a positive and productive team environment
Pricing & Inventory Management
- Research and price antiques, collectibles, furniture, and household items
- Ensure pricing is competitive and profit-focused
- Identify high-value items requiring additional research
Sale Execution
- Manage sale-day operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Handle negotiations and customer concerns
- Monitor security and inventory protection
- Ensure smooth checkout operations
Client Communication
- Provide updates throughout the process
- Communicate discoveries, concerns, and progress
- Help create a positive and stress-free experience for clients

QualificationsPreferred Experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Retail, merchandising, estate sale, auction, resale, moving, or customer service background
- Experience pricing antiques, collectibles, furniture, or household goods is a plus

Physical Requirements
