The Appointment
Barefoot Nenuphar Transport is seeking a sophisticated Estate Transport Manager to oversee luxury transit and fleet operations within the exclusive precincts of The Pearl-Qatar. In this high-profile role, you will be responsible for the seamless movement of residents and VIP guests, ensuring that our transport services mirror the luxury and precision expected on The Pearl. We are looking for a logistics leader who excels in high-touch hospitality and possesses the organizational rigor to manage a premium multi-modal fleet.

Core Responsibilities

• Luxury Fleet Governance: Manage the daily operations of a premium fleet, including luxury sedans, executive shuttles, and electric golf carts, ensuring 100% availability and showroom-standard maintenance.
• Resident Concierge Logistics: Coordinate bespoke transport requests for residents and VIPs, ensuring punctuality, discretion, and a "white-glove" service experience.
• Valet & Parking Strategy: Oversee estate-wide parking management and valet protocols, optimizing traffic flow within private residential towers and commercial promenades.
• Sustainable Transit Integration: Lead the transition toward green mobility by managing EV charging infrastructure and the scheduling of zero-emission estate shuttles.
• Service Excellence Training: Recruit and mentor a team of professional drivers and valet attendants, instilling a culture of safety, local area expertise, and high-end etiquette.

Professional Profile

• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in transport management or luxury hospitality logistics (e.g., 5-star hotels, private estates, or high-end residential developments).
• Deep familiarity with the road networks and security protocols of The Pearl-Qatar and Lusail.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English; Arabic or French is a significant advantage.
• Proven experience in managing executive-tier clients and high-value vehicle assets.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on scheduling, fleet telematics, and operational reporting.
