Estates Assistant Coordinator - RRP £4,700 pro rata

A Recruitment & Retention Premia (RRP) payment of £4,700 gross per annum pro rata applies to this position in addition to annual salary, subject to review every financial year.

An excellent opportunity for a highly organised administrator with technical abilities to support the Estates Maintenance team.

The successful candidate will coordinate administrative and technical functions, maintain building and engineering drawings using AutoCAD, manage asset registers, support compliance reporting and help deliver efficient Estates services across the Trust.

We're looking for someone with:
Administration and coordination experience
AutoCAD knowledge and experience
Strong IT and reporting skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage databases, records and asset information

To provide and coordinate a comprehensive, administrative and technical CAD support to the functions of Senior Managers and other key staff within the London Estates Maintenance Team.

Responsible for maintaining and updating all building, mechanical, and electrical drawings for the Trust’s London sites using appropriate software such as AutoCAD.

To provide multi-faceted business administration of an analytical and complex nature, administrating Estates databases and computerised maintenance management systems.

Produce daily, weekly and monthly performance and KPI reports for the Estates Maintenance service.

They will develop and manage a comprehensive asset register for all fixed maintainable assets, ensuring compliance with NHS Estates standards and statutory requirements.
