Position Title: The Only Facial Esthetician Store Manager

Job Overview:
If you’re a licensed esthetician who loves leading a team and creating exceptional client experiences, this Store Manager role could be the perfect fit—overseeing operations, guiding staff, and keeping our spa welcoming and relaxing.
Requirements:
Who We’re Looking For:
Licensed Esthetician (required)
Prior leadership experience, ideally within a spa, wellness, or service-based environment preferred
Demonstrated leadership and strong interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational abilities with a proven capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively
Proficiency in Boulevard management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Comprehensive understanding of the esthetician role and service standards
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
Ability to lift and carry products and equipment, as needed
What You’ll Do:
Operational Leadership
Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
Ensure all services are delivered with consistency, quality, and exceptional client care
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that support growth and efficiency
Team Development
Recruit, onboard, and support spa team members
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development
Foster a positive, collaborative team culture where growth is encouraged
Client Experience
Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service
Address client questions, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and care
Develop and enhance loyalty programs to build long-term client relationships
Financial & Inventory Oversight
Review performance metrics and financial reports to monitor progress and identify opportunities
Manage inventory and maintain supply budgets to optimize efficiency
Marketing & Community Engagement
Partner with the owner to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones
Support social media efforts and brand visibility initiatives
Build relationships with local businesses for cross-promotional opportunities
