The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, providing exceptional services to our clients. As an Esteticista, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall well-being and appearance of our clients through various aesthetic procedures. Your expertise will help create a welcoming and relaxing environment, ensuring that each client leaves feeling rejuvenated and satisfied.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, peels, and microdermabrasion.
• Assess clients' skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Educate clients on skincare routines and product usage for optimal results.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in the esthetic field.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
• Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid esthetician license or certification from an accredited institution.
• Confidence in sales and upselling treatments and products.
• Proven experience in skincare treatments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and appropriate treatments.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality services.
• Knowledge of product ingredients and their effects on the skin is a plus.

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
