Job Overview

We are seeking a licensed esthetician who is passionate about skincare, client education, and creating meaningful patient experiences. This role is best suited for someone who is adaptable, motivated, and excited to grow alongside a developing wellness clinic.

You will work closely with leadership to deliver high quality services, build strong client relationships, and help shape the patient experience as the clinic continues to evolve.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional esthetic services with care, precision, and attention to client comfort
• Conduct thorough skin assessments and design personalized treatment plans based on client goals
• Educate clients on recommended services and home care in a way that builds trust and long term results
• Maintain a strong in room upgrade and retail recommendation approach rooted in education and client needs
• Deliver a warm, professional, and consistent client experience from start to finish
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of treatment rooms and shared spaces
• Support client retention through rebooking, referrals, and follow through on treatment plans
• Communicate openly with leadership and contribute ideas to improve the client experience
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Active esthetician license required
• Professional liability insurance required
• Solid understanding of esthetic services and professional skincare products
• Confidence in client consultations and recommending services or retail
• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence with clients
• Reliable, punctual, and self directed
• Comfortable working in an environment that is growing and evolving
