Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to skincare, wellness, and providing a premium client experience. You will deliver a range of esthetic services while building strong client relationships and contributing to a high-end, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional skincare services including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and advanced treatments
• Provide waxing services (face and body) with precision and care
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend customized treatment plans and homecare products
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized treatment room in compliance with state regulations
• Build and retain a loyal clientele through exceptional service and follow-up
• Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and techniques
• Promote and sell retail skincare products
• Collaborate with salon staff to create a seamless luxury experience for clients

Qualifications

• Valid Tennessee Esthetician License (required)
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience preferred (luxury spa/salon experience is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and techniques
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
