Luna Dental is a modern, wellness-driven practice in Toms River, NJ, expanding into advanced facial aesthetics under our Rooted in Wellness philosophy — where beauty, function, and health exist in harmony.

We are seeking a high-level Esthetician who is not only clinically skilled, but also marketing-minded, goal-oriented, and capable of leading and growing an aesthetic division within our practice.

This is not a traditional role — this is an opportunity to build, lead, and scale.

About the Role You will play a key role in developing and expanding our aesthetic services alongside a dentist trained in facial aesthetics. We currently operate EMFACE and EXION — two of the most advanced aesthetic devices available — with an established patient base already aligned with wellness and aesthetics.

This role is ideal for someone who:

What You Bring

• Licensed Esthetician — State of New Jersey
• Experience or strong interest in facial aesthetics and skin health
• Marketing awareness — social media, patient acquisition, content creation
• Ability to think in terms of goals, KPIs, and growth metrics
• Strong communication and consultation skills
• Leadership mindset — capable of guiding systems and eventually team members
• Aligned with a wellness-first philosophy

Bonus — Highly Valued:

• Experience with EMFACE, EXION, or similar energy-based devices
• Background in building or growing an aesthetic clientele
• Experience creating or appearing in social media content

Role Structure
